To qualify you may submit a copy of a stained glass business license, web-site address, acceptance paper from a craft show, proof of teaching, business card, phone book ad etc. To continue at the wholesale level you must purchase $800.00 yearly ($200.00 per qt) . We will keep track of your purchases quarterly and report to you before changing your status.
Once qualified you will be able to see wholesale pricing in the online store after you login.
